Confirmation
To guarantee your reservation we kindly ask you for a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person with a minimum of £50.00. We confirm every reservation to you by e-mail or by post.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival: Loss of deposit. Cancellation between 2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total costs of your reservation.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, no show and early departure: 100% of the total costs of your reservation.

No cancellation fee, apart from the loss of deposit, will be charged if we manage to re-let your room. We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
